Diablo 3: Nephalem Valor System

A new and interesting system will be added in Diablo 3: Nephalem Valor. This system is active after you reach level 60 and consists of a buff that gives you increased magic find and gold find. This buff will be active after you killed a Rare or Champion pack and it was implemented to improve the raid boss drop and to make the game more interesting. By adding this system, Blizzard wants the players to be satisfied and to consider making an instance the old way: by killing everything that moves, not only making a run to the boss.

For the moment this is how the Nephalem Valor system works, but there might be some changes. Blizzard is still thinking about whether to keep this buff even after death or to remove it if you die. The duration of this buff is not settled yet, because they don't know how much it should last. There are some serious stuff to take in consideration: if the buff has a duration that is too short, the players will consider that it's not worth the effort, but if it is too long then there's no fun.

This buff is a great idea because it can be used after level 60 and you can make your gear much more easily with it. For example, you can farm on Hell difficulty with this buff and make gear faster so you can farm on the last level: inferno.

Also, there are lots of skill build combinations that are available and Blizzard wants to encourage their players to make their own build, not to switch them all the time. This is why the buff Nephalem's Valor will disappear if you leave the game or if you change a skill, skill rune or passive.

Anyways, I consider that implementing this system did only good to the gameplay and that, as Blizzard said, a raid boss should be worth killing.
