Perhaps some of you have no idea what Wretched Queen or Wretched Mothers are, so I'm going to explain a bit. When doing The Fallen Star quest, you will encounter a step in which you are requested to go and kill the Wretched Queen in the Old Ruins and 3 Wretched Mothers for a bonus. As you may suppose, these are the names of some mobs you will have to find and kill. They don't have a certain location so you will have to "wander around" Old Tristram Road and you will find them.
They are quite easy to kill no matter what class you are playing so don't worry, this quest is not a big deal. I've posted a screenshot from Diablo 3 when I was at this step, unfortunately it is not very clear but if you look closely you can see how these mobs look and you will have an idea for when you will play.
By the way, you don't have to kill the 3 Wretched Mothers to finish this quest, that is optional. In case you are in a hurry, you can leave those alone and just kill the Wretched Queen in order to finish this quest. But, if you do kill 3 of the Wretched Mothers, you will be rewarded with a bonus so if you have time, my opinion is that you should search and kill those 3 mobs, in the end, it's not such a hard task.
