What class to choose in Diablo 3

Choosing the right class in Diablo 3 might be difficult for most of you, especially if you didn't have the chance to play the beta of the game. Anyway, I will make a short introduction to all the classes available in Diablo 3, and how you need to play with them in order to succeed, and after reading this mini guide I'm sure you will know what to choose.

Witch Doctor - The witch doctor isn't a nuker, so don't expect huge damage with him. This class will be based on damage over time, curses and the most beautiful part: having pets! Also, you will have to learn how to kite your enemies, because you will have to stay alive while your debuffs are on a certain enemy, no matter if it's a mob or a player. Farming with witch doctor won't be that easy as with barbarian or wizard, but on higher difficulties you will be more advantaged.

Wizard - This is the class that will have to deal the highest damage to enemies, but will also be the most fragile. Learning how to kite your enemies is the most important thing when playing a wizard,  because you cannot take much damage. You will have low hp, this is why you have to use the tactic: hit and run. On normal difficulty you will have no problem farming, but on hell or inferno, I doubt things will be easy for any wizard.

Barbarian - As the name says, this class is the tank of the game. He takes a lot of damage and he deals a lot of damage in the same time. What isn't that lovely is that this class is melee, so you will have to fight: body-to-body and sometimes this can be dangerous. Farming on normal difficulty will be very easy since you have many aoe skills and you can gather around many mobs, but on higher difficulties you will need teammates to help you.

Monk - This class is really beautiful, but you need to be patient. The nicest thing is that you will die quite hard, because you can heal yourself, but you won't be a damage dealer so farming may be a little slower. Anyway, on higher difficulties a monk will be needed in most of the parties so you won't be playing solo! The monk is the support of the game and even if people thing that dealing damage is what counts, actually what counts is how well your support knows how to play. If you're good in playing a healer and you like to help other and you enjoy the feeling when knowing that people are counting on you, then monk is the right class for you!

Demon Hunter - The demon hunter isn't a hard to play class, but you need to kite your enemies. As the wizard, you deal massive damage but you can't take too much. Anyway, you're a bit more ressistant, but still, you're not a tank. This class has nice aoe skills, but single target also. Farming is easy with the demon hunter, but on higher difficulties you have to pay attention.
