Jondar is a mini raid boss from Diablo 3. You will have to find him, after you rescue the templar. Jondar himself used to be a templar, but he betrayed the order and chose the darker path. Before finding Jondar, you will see some stairs that are blocked, and the templar that is with you will offer to help. He will remove the things blocking the stairs, and after you go down, you will find Jondar.
Jondar is really not hard to find, even if his location is unknown.
